本文初步分析了目前汉字系统的开发情况及存在的问题，讨论了汉字系统一些基本的概念，特别是西山汉字系统的内存分配情况，对今后汉字系统的发展进行了初步的探讨，本文将对于开发汉字平台具有一定的参考作用，例如弄清汉字系统所占用的中断向量，内存分配情况，不但对开发汉字系统是重要的，而且对于在汉字系统的第二次开发也是很必要的。
