提出一种磨床砂轮不平衡量现场识别的最小二乘新方法,建立起了最小二乘识别通用模型,给出了典型识别公式和识别算法,并进行了现场识别与平衡研究。结果表明该方法能有效抑制测量误差的影响,提高识别与平衡精度。
A new least-square method for on-site identification of grinding wheel unbalances was proposed. A general model of least squares identification was established. A typical identification formula and recognition algorithm were given, and the field identification and balance were studied. The results show that this method can effectively suppress the impact of measurement error and improve the accuracy of identification and balance.
