我们万寿镇地处建平县城郊.全镇12个村,91个村民组,6,000多个用电户,乡村企业42处,个体专业户130家,配电变压器80台,低压线路136km,年用电量930万 kw.h.电管站始建于1981年,由于当时低压线路设备建设质量差,加之年久失修,跑冒滴漏严重,尤其是城郊人员的构成复杂,用户窃电现象较普遍,电费高的问题一度相当突出,成为群众茶余饭后议论的话题,有的用户因交不起电费干脆重新点起了煤油灯.
