采用宽带扫描转镜开发了榨油机榨条激光热处理新技术,与常规热处理相比,它具有硬度高、不变形、节约钢材和能源等特点。现场使用表明,寿命提高2倍半,具有较大的经济效益。
The broadband scanning rotary mirror was used to develop a new technology of squeezing strip laser heat treatment of oil press. Compared with the conventional heat treatment, it has the characteristics of high hardness, no deformation and saving steel and energy. Field use shows that life expectancy increased by two and a half, with greater economic benefits.
