新税制的实施,标志着我国税制改革迈出了实质性的一步,它不仅关系我国社会主义市场经济体制的建立和完善,而且直接影响着国民经济的健康发展。因此,我们必须花大力气搞好新税制的运行,实现新旧税制的平稳过渡。根据前段新税制实施过程中的情况,发现有的同志对新税制存有一些模糊认识,我想要执行好新税制,还必须弄清楚这些问题。
The implementation of the new tax system marks a substantial step toward tax reform in our country. It not only relates to the establishment and improvement of China’s socialist market economic system, but also directly affects the healthy development of the national economy. Therefore, we must make great efforts to improve the operation of the new tax system and achieve a smooth transition of the new tax system. According to the situation in the implementation of the new tax system in the preceding paragraph, some comrades were found to have some vague understanding of the new tax system.
