随着社会经济突飞猛进发展,带动了国内各建筑企业改革,这一背景下,建筑企业各级员工的政治思想教育工作也逐渐发生多层次、全方位的变化。目前,基于国内建筑企业内部存在着诸多不稳定性因素,以至于建筑企业各级员工的价值取向和思想观念落后于时代发展潮流,不利于建筑企业长期稳定发展。为改变这一不良现状,需要建筑企业加强对各级员工的政治思想教育工作,使其充分认识到政治思想教育工作在建筑企业中所发挥的重要性作用,从而更加积极自主的参与到政治思想教育工作队伍中,以此促进建筑企业科学健康发展。
