介绍了煤矿机械中常见齿轮传动的特点,针对传统设计方法的不足,简述了参数化设计的基本概念,并对Pro/E的参数化设计工具做了详细介绍。结合工程实例,建立了煤矿机械减速器传动部分的参数化模型,利用Pro/TOOLKIT二次开发工具,在VC环境下开发了参数化设计程序和友好的用户界面,得到了较好的设计效果。
The characteristics of common gear drive in coal mine machinery are introduced. In view of the deficiency of traditional design method, the basic concept of parameterized design is briefly introduced. The parametric design tool of Pro / E is introduced in detail. Combined with the engineering example, the parameterized model of the transmission part of the coal mine mechanical reducer was established. With the secondary development tool Pro / TOOLKIT, the parametric design program and friendly user interface were developed in the VC environment, and the better design results were obtained.
