建设工程项目合同是经济合同中的一种,项目合同管理是一项复杂、全面的系统工程,具有涉及面广、个体差异性突出的特点,合同管理的成败,将影响到整个项目的运作和最终目标的顺利实现。本文结合实际工作经验,通过对分析合同管理的含义,明确合同管理的责任主体,论述合同管理的工作原则,尝试提出了一些做好合同管理工作的措施,以期解决合同管理过程中遇到的普遍性问题。文章最后,指出了合同管理的动态性,在实际工作中应不断总结经验,才能最终确保工程项目顺利进行。
The construction project contract is one of the economic contracts. The project contract management is a complex and comprehensive systematic project with the characteristics of wide coverage and individual differences.
