如今,在素质教育和新课程全面实施的背景下,笔者把优质高效课堂当作了近期教学研究的重点,在遵循教学规律和学生认知规律的前提下,不断创新和改革教学方式,大胆创新教学管理模式,希望可以在减轻自身教学压力和学生学习压力的同时,实现初中数学高效课堂的构建。本论文就在结合笔者自身教学工作经验的基础上,对初中数学高效课堂的构建策略进行一番描述。
Nowadays, under the background of quality education and new curriculum being fully implemented, the author regards high quality and efficient classroom as the focus of recent teaching research. Under the premise of following teaching rules and students’ cognitive rules, the author innovates and reforms teaching methods boldly Teaching management mode, hoping to reduce the pressure of their own teaching and student learning pressures at the same time, to achieve junior high school math efficient classroom construction. Based on the author’s own teaching experience, this dissertation describes the construction strategy of high school math efficient classroom.
