第四章机读档案由于计算机在行政管理和科学研究工作中得到广泛应用,过去二十年间产生了许多机读形式的档案。这一事实给档案工作者和文件管理工作者提出了一系列必须考虑的问题。一些主要的全国性档案馆早已认识到了这些问题,并采取了一些措施。但是也有一些档案馆宁愿采取回避的态度,一些档案和文件形成单位也常常忽视这些问题。
Chapter IV Machine Readable Archives Many computer-readable forms of files have been produced over the past two decades as computers are widely used in administrative and scientific research. This fact poses a series of issues that must be considered for archive workers and document management workers. Some major national archives have long recognized these problems and have taken some measures. However, some archives would rather adopt a reluctant attitude and some archival and document-forming units often neglect these issues.
