比较了国内15个厂家生产的舒必利片在4种介质中的溶出曲线。选用桨法进行溶出度试验,采用紫外光谱法定量,以pH 1.2盐酸、pH 4.0乙酸盐缓冲液、pH 6.8磷酸盐缓冲液和水为溶出介质,分别绘制不同产品在4种溶出介质中的溶出曲线,并与日本橙皮书收载的溶出曲线进行比较,结果显示各厂家产品与日本橙皮书收载的溶出曲线均相似。
The dissolution profiles of sulpiride tablets produced by 15 domestic manufacturers in 4 media were compared. The paddle method was used for the dissolution test. The samples were quantified by ultraviolet spectroscopy. The pH was 1.2, pH 4.0 acetate buffer, pH 6.8 phosphate buffer solution and water were used as dissolution medium to draw different products in four dissolution media Dissolution curve, and with Japan orange book contained in the dissolution curve for comparison, the results show that the manufacturers of products and Japanese Orange Book contained dissolution curves are similar.
