一、概述1.测量依据JJG150-2005《金属布氏硬度计》检定规程。2.环境条件温度:18℃~28℃,相对湿度:不大于70%。3.标准器具标准布氏硬度块(以下简称“标准块”)。二、校准过程1.用相应规格的标准块分别对硬度计示值进行校准。2.在标准块上均匀分布地测定5点。3.所测5点硬度的平均值与标准块标称值之差为硬度计的示值绝对误差。
