用硬簇麦与普通小麦杂交,研究了簇毛麦抗白粉病特性在杂种后代的表现及分离情况,并筛选出2n=42的白粉病免疫单株。同时研究了杂种后代及各回交世代的育性表现,染色体组成及性状分离情况。
The hybridization between hard wheat and common wheat was used to study the performance and isolation of resistance to powdery mildew in hybrids and to screen for 2n = 42 powdery mildew-immunized plants. At the same time, the fertility performance, chromosome composition and trait segregation of hybrid offspring and backcross generation were studied.
