本文对新疆落叶松、华北落叶松、兴安落叶松和长白落叶松种子内四种贮藏蛋白清蛋白、球蛋白、谷蛋白和醇溶蛋白进行了含量测定和电泳分析。结果表明:每个树种在蛋白质含量上都是球蛋白为最高,谷蛋白次之;清蛋白比较低;醇溶蛋白为最低。在含量上每一种蛋白质的种间差异不明显。在电泳图谱上,球蛋白不存在种间差异;清蛋白只能区分出新疆落叶松,其余三种无差别;谷蛋白存在种间差异,能区分出这四种落叶松;醇溶蛋白电泳图谱模糊,无法分析。
In this paper, four kinds of storage protein albumin, globulin, gluten and gliadin in Larix principis-rupprechtii, Larix principis-rupprechtii, Larix gmelinii and Larix olgensis were determined and analyzed by electrophoresis. The results showed that each species had the highest content of globulin, the second was glutelin, the lower albumin and the lowest content of gliadin. The interspecific difference in content of each protein was not significant. In the electrophoretogram, globulin does not exist between species differences; albumin can only distinguish between Xinjiang larch, the other three no difference; there are interspecific differences between gluten, can distinguish the four larches; gliadin electrophoresis Blurred, unable to analyze.
