巢湖市地税局办公楼于2000年12月正式动工,共征地26亩,被列为市政府重点工程项目之一。主办公楼从正式动工到全面完工仅用了一年多时间,于2002年7月28日顺利乔迁;二期工程干部培训中心于2003年初全面完工营业。院内集市局办公楼、区局办公楼和综合服务楼,总建筑面积8800平方米(其中:办公楼总建筑面积6600平方米,干部培训中心建筑面积2200平方米),工程总投资约2000万元。院内另有网球场、篮球场和羽毛球场等设施,环境优美,绿树成荫,四季如春,绿化而积约占征地面积的40％。
Chaohu City Local Taxation Bureau office officially started in December 2000, a total of 26 acres of land acquisition, was listed as one of the municipal government key projects.
