最近不断有读者来电或来信询问“21世纪全国幼儿园管理高级论坛”活动的有关事宜,现一并答复。本次论坛活动由早期教育编辑部与中国学前教育研究会事业发展与管理专业委员会合办。第一阶段:2001年10月21日-10月25日,在苏州举办专家讲座与小组研讨活动。第二阶段:2001年10月-2002年9月,课题申报与研究,或论文撰写。第三阶段:2002年10月,交流、演讲和论文颁奖大会。重点研讨的内容:(1)市场经济条件下学前教育事业发展的现状与对策。(2)当前幼儿园的办园体制与运行机制。(3)在幼儿园转制过程中稳定教师队伍的举措。(4)民办学前教育机构的管理。 有读者问:没有参加第一阶段的活动是否可参加接下来第二、第三阶段的活动?回答是肯定的。有兴趣的读者请认真阅读第一阶段的活动综述和第二阶段的活动安排,再结合本园的实际或确定研究课题,或直接撰写论文。如果只想参加第三阶段的交流、演讲和论文颁奖活动,请注意本刊2002年8期、9期的有关通告。 我们欢迎更多的读者参加“幼儿园管理高级论坛”活动。
Recently, there have been readers call or letter asked about “21st Century National Forum on Advanced Management of Kindergarten,” the activities of the relevant issues, and reply. This forum is jointly organized by the editorial department of early education and the Professional Development and Management Committee of China Preschool Education Research Association. The first stage: October 21, 2001 - October 25, held in Suzhou experts seminars and group discussions. The second stage: October 2001 - September 2002, subject reporting and research, or thesis writing. The third stage: October 2002, exchange, speech and thesis awards conference. Key topics for discussion: (1) The status quo and countermeasures of the development of preschool education in the market economy. (2) the current kindergarten park management system and operating mechanism. (3) Measures to stabilize the teaching staff in the process of kindergarten conversion. (4) Management of private preschool education institutions. Some readers asks: Is it possible to participate in the second and third phases of activity if they did not participate in the first phase? The answer is in the affirmative. Interested readers should carefully read the first phase of the activity overview and the second phase of the activities, combined with the actual or determine the research topic, or write a thesis.
