介绍一种新型缝纫机(八针电脑缝纫机)中广义进料机构及其电控系统的设计。针对工作对象为柔性材料的特点,设计了基于单片机检测、控制的新型广义送料机构。该机构能有效地控制自动化缝纫过程中断线、跳针等问题,并可方便地设定针距,使整机的性能、可靠性及柔性有了很大的提高。该缝纫机已试制成功。
Describe a new type of sewing machine (eight-pin computer sewing machine) generalized feed mechanism and its electronic control system design. Aiming at the characteristics of the work object being flexible material, a new generalized feeding mechanism based on single chip testing and control is designed. The agency can effectively control the process of automatic sewing broken line, jumper and other issues, and can easily set the pitch, the machine’s performance, reliability and flexibility has been greatly improved. The sewing machine has been successfully trial-produced.
