目的:考察薄荷醇对康唑透皮作用的影响。方法:采用简单小室装置,多波长面积积分紫外分光光度法研究了薄荷醇对酮康唑的透皮促进作用。结果:与不含促透剂的对照组比较,薄荷醇可显著提高酮康唑的经皮渗透(P<0.01)。24小时3%薄荷醇可使酮康唑的透皮吸收率增加2.16倍。结论:薄荷醇可增加酮康唑的透皮吸收
Objective: To investigate the effect of menthol on the transdermal effect of conazole. Methods: The effect of menthol on the transdermal enhancement of ketoconazole was studied by simple chamber and multi-wavelength area integral ultraviolet spectrophotometry. RESULTS: Menthol significantly increased transdermal penetration of ketoconazole (P <0.01), compared with the control without the transdermal enhancer. 24 hours 3% menthol can increase the transdermal absorption rate of ketoconazole 2.16 times. Conclusion: Menthol increases transdermal absorption of ketoconazole
