根据无锡市科委下达的科研任务,我们进行了青虾活体长途运输的试验。采用双层尼龙袋充氧装箱法,自无锡市通过火车、轮船直接运输到湖北沙市市和北京市,均取得了较好的效果。现将运输青虾的实用技术介绍如下: 一、青虾活体运输前的暂养技术为提高青虾运输存活率,必须将池塘或大湖中捕获的青虾活体暂养2—3天,使体质差的青虾淘汰,健康的青虾恢复正常。这期间停止喂食,使其腹空,有利于运输途中减少排泄物污染水质。我们采用三种暂养方式,其效果详见表1:
