目的:探讨腹腔镜妇科良性肿瘤术中并发症的发生率、原因、预防及治疗措施。方法:笔者对我院2011年12月~2013年12月收治的650例腹腔镜手术治疗病例临床资料进行总结,回顾性分析各种手术并发症的发生率、危险因素、预防及治疗措施。结果:650例手术患者中发生并发症20例,发生率为3.08%,主要并发症包括气肿9例,出血8例,损伤6例。结论:通过对手术操作者加强腹腔镜操作培训、提高手术技能,可能避免一些不必要的并发症。
Objective: To investigate the intraoperative complications of laparoscopic gynecological benign tumor, its causes, prevention and treatment measures. Methods: The author summarized the clinical data of 650 cases of laparoscopic surgery treated in our hospital from December 2011 to December 2013, retrospectively analyzed the incidence of various surgical complications, risk factors, prevention and treatment measures. Results: Twenty cases of complications occurred in 650 cases, the incidence was 3.08%. The main complications included 9 cases of emphysema, 8 cases of hemorrhage and 6 cases of injury. CONCLUSION: It is possible to avoid some unnecessary complications by strengthening the training of laparoscopic operation to the surgeon and improving the surgical skill.
