针对高校图书馆采访工作存在的问题,提出了采访工作规范化管理的举措,从而提高采访质量,把高校图书馆服务提高到一个新水平。
In view of the problems existing in the interviews with university libraries, this paper puts forward the measure of standardized management of interviews so as to improve the quality of interviews and raise the service of university libraries to a new level.
