目的了解2011-2013年南充市乡镇卫生院的运行效率变化情况,并对不同县区、类型卫生院进行比较。方法利用聚类分析对乡镇卫生院产出指标进行筛选,利用数据包络分析(Data Envelopment Analysis,DEA)-Malmquist模型计算全要素生产率变化指数(TFP index)。结果 2011-2013年南充市乡镇卫生院年平均TFP index为1.084,年平均增长率为8.4%;中心乡镇卫生院与一般乡镇卫生院TFP index无统计学差异(P>0.05),不同县区卫生院TFP index有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论聚类分析可有效地筛选指标,技术进步是乡镇卫生院生产率提高的主要原因,DEA-Malmquist模型对评价乡镇卫生院运行效率变化具有指导意义。
Objective To understand the changes of operating efficiency of township hospitals in Nanchong City from 2011 to 2013 and to compare the different types of hospitals in different counties and districts. Methods Cluster analysis was used to screen the output indexes of township hospitals, and the TFP index was calculated by Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) -Malmquist model. Results The annual average TFP index of township hospitals in Nanchong was 1.084 during 2011-2013, with an average annual growth rate of 8.4%. There was no significant difference in TFP index between central township hospitals and general township hospitals (P> 0.05) Hospital TFP index was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Clustering analysis can effectively screen indicators, and technical progress is the main reason for improving the productivity of township hospitals. The DEA-Malmquist model is of guiding significance in evaluating the operation efficiency of township hospitals.
