《北京市社会发展科技工作“十五”规划》是2000年我世社会发展科研计划的一项重要工作。为了使全市各系统从事和关心社会发展科技工作的同志及时了解这方面的情况,在实际工作中把握我市“十五”期间社会发展科技工作的发展方向,我们对负责这项工作的北京市科学技术委员会社会发展处处长王丽水同志作了一次深入的访谈,以下是访谈的重点内容。
“The Tenth Five-Year Plan for Science and Technology Work in Social Development in Beijing” is an important task for the scientific research plan for social development in the world in 2000.
