为评价城市水循环的健康状况,基于城市水循环内涵,结合水资源各关键属性,根据城市水循环供水、用水、排水及回用四个关键过程,构建了基于关键绩效指标(KPI)的城市水循环健康评价体系,并以天津市城区为例,评价了区域2000~2012年的水循环健康状况。结果表明,天津市水循环在2001~2003年处于病态,2000、2004~2012年处于亚健康状态,其中2001~2003年的健康得分均为2.99,为近10年以来水循环状态的最差阶段。目前天津市水循环正处于亚健康平稳期,可通过河湖治理、污水处理设施升级改造等一系列举措,促进区域水循环转向健康运行。研究成果为天津市水资源可持续发展提供了决策参考。
In order to evaluate the health status of urban water cycle, based on the connotation of urban water cycle and the key attributes of water resources, a city water cycle health assessment based on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) was constructed according to four key processes of water supply, water use, drainage and reuse in urban water cycle. System, taking the urban area of Tianjin as an example, the health status of the water cycle in the region from 2000 to 2012 was evaluated. The results showed that the water cycle in Tianjin was ill from 2001 to 2003 and sub-healthy from 2000 to 2004. The health score of 2001-2003 was 2.99, which was the worst phase of the water cycle in the recent 10 years. At present, the water cycle in Tianjin is in a period of sub-health and steady and can promote the healthy operation of the regional water cycle through a series of measures such as river and lake management and the upgrading of sewage treatment facilities. The research results provide reference for the sustainable development of water resources in Tianjin.
