河北省新华书店有限责任公司隶属河北出版传媒集团公司,是河北省最大的国有大型出版物发行企业,拥有出版物总发行资质。1941年5月5日,河北省新华书店的前身——新华书店晋察冀分店在河北灵寿陈庄镇建立。随着革命形势的发展,众多新华书店分店相继在燕赵大地上建立。1951年1月,河北省新华书店在解放区原设有的冀中、冀南、冀东新华书店的基础上正式建立。为顺应中国书业大重组、大流通、大发展的潮流,1996年,河北省新华书店集团正式挂牌成立,1999年1月开始实质性运作,实现了省、市、县三级新华书店人财物统一管理。
