我公司三台循环流化床锅炉为杭州锅炉厂早期的两级分离循环流化床锅炉,重型炉墙砖砌结构,膨胀缝结构不易处理,并且耐火砖外表面温度高,并受粒子冲刷,耐火砖强度有所减弱,故耐火砖表面易发生剥落并影晌到托砖架,使托砖架变形或烧坏,炉墙维修很困难,同时锅炉密封性差,烟风泄露严重(上述炉膛下部及炉膛出口)已影响到锅炉带负荷能力,2#锅炉运行时蒸发量只能带到60t/h左右,严重影晌到电厂的经济性。对此我们采取了相应的技术改造方法,比较彻底地解决了2#锅炉达不到额定出力的问题。

In this regard, we have taken the appropriate method of technological transformation, a more complete solution to the 2 # boiler rated output less than the issue.
