文学院对外汉语专业英语教学中现有的课程设置应该进行改革,以体现出自己的专业特色。当代语言学和外语教学法理论为这个专业英语课程总体设计的改革指明了方向。就性质而言,文学院对外汉语专业的英语课程属于特殊用途英语(ESP),其性质要求新的英语课程设置方案突出目的性、实用性和人文素养,以学生的现状和需求为依据,以省时高效为原则。这些都是作者推出的英语课程设置方案的思想基础。
The existing curriculums in teaching Chinese as a foreign language in the College of Arts should be reformed to reflect their own professional characteristics. The theories of contemporary linguistics and foreign language pedagogy point the way for the reform of the overall design of this specialized English course. As far as the nature is concerned, the English course of the major of Chinese as a foreign language in the College of Arts belongs to ESP. The nature of the course requires that the new program of English curriculum highlight the purpose, practicality and humanistic accomplishment. Based on the current situation and needs of students, Time-saving and efficient for the principle. These are the ideological foundation that the author introduced the English course plan.
