PPP产业基金不管是从设立模式还是投资模式上来说都比较灵活,这给政府、企业带来很多好处,故而在PPP市场的体量日渐庞大。但政府通过PPP产业基金建设的城市项目,落地率只有3成,资本如何退出和实现有效流转成为当务之急。因此,PPP产业基金从提出至今,其中存在的各种问题,如项目回报机制、资金期限错配和回报率错配、资金退出等问题,都亟待解决。
The PPP industry fund is more flexible both in terms of the establishment mode and the investment mode, which brings many benefits to the government and the enterprises.
