为了方便煤矿人员利用智能手机等移动设备可以随时随地了解矿井提升机运行情况,开发出基于HTML5移动平台的矿井提升机故障诊断系统。在系统总体方案设计中,描述了体系机构设计、功能结构设计、HTML5技术在Web页面的实现及Web服务流程。在此基础上,详细论述了系统功能结构中的设备监测模块和故障诊断模块,重点研究了适合系统的故障诊断技术:绝对值判定法和相对值判定法。试验以系统故障诊断模块中的“电动机诊断”为例,对连续运行2 d的电动机振动烈度值进行分析,实现为煤矿人员提供有效的检修建议。
In order to facilitate miners to use mobile devices such as smart phones and other mobile devices can understand mine hoist operation at any time, to develop based on the HTML5 mobile platform mine hoist fault diagnosis system. In the overall system design, system architecture design, functional structure design, implementation of HTML5 technology in Web pages and Web services flow are described. On this basis, the equipment monitoring module and the fault diagnosis module in the system functional structure are discussed in detail, and the fault diagnosis techniques suitable for the system are mainly studied: the absolute value judgment method and the relative value judgment method. The test uses “motor diagnosis” in the system fault diagnosis module as an example to analyze the vibration severity of the motor running continuously for 2 days, so as to provide an effective overhaul proposal for mine personnel.
