省委书记李强强调,聚焦富民,让百姓过上更好生活,是江苏高水平全面建成小康社会的根本要求。高水平全面建成小康社会,最直接、最根本的是提高广大老百姓的富裕程度和生活质量。聚焦富民,是必须打好的的主攻仗。无论是抓改革还是促发展,都要坚持富民导向不动摇、不偏离、不松劲。
Li Qiang, secretary of the provincial party committee, stressed that focusing on enriching the people and enabling the people to live a better life are the fundamental requirements of a well-to-do society built in an all-round way in Jiangsu. To build a well-off society in an all-round way at a high level, the most direct and fundamental issue is to raise the wealth and quality of life of the general public. Focusing on enriching the people is the main battle that must be fought. Whether it is grasping reform or promoting development, we must uphold the principle of encouraging the rich people to remain unswerving and not lethargic.
