目的:选取江苏省进行医疗卫生紧缺专门人才的测算研究,试图探索紧缺卫生专门人才的测算方法。方法:运用定性和定量研究相结合的方法从需求供给、资源配置等维度进行测算。结果:对江苏省卫生紧缺人才进行测算,得出目前共15个科室出现了不同程度的紧缺,其中职业病科、全科医疗科、急诊医学科、儿科以及皮肤科为急需紧缺科室。结论:关于卫生紧缺专门人才的测算要求方法简单化和运算简便化、数据易获得,要综合考虑对社会影响范围,结合地区实际情况分析,建立动态调整机制并实时更新。
OBJECTIVE: To select Jiangsu Province for the measurement of the shortage of specialized medical and health personnel, and to explore the measurement method of the shortage of specialized health professionals. Methods: The method of combining qualitative and quantitative research is used to calculate from the dimensions of demand supply and resource allocation. Results: Calculating the shortage of health personnel in Jiangsu Province, it is concluded that there are 15 departments in different degrees at present. Occupational diseases, general medical departments, emergency medical departments, pediatrics and dermatology departments are in urgent need of shortage. Conclusion: The calculation method of shortages of specialists in health shortage requires simplification of methods, simplification of operation and easy access to data. Comprehensive consideration should be given to the range of social influence and the actual situation in the region. Dynamic adjustment mechanisms should be established and updated in real time.
