政府既是公共政策的制定者,也是公共政策的执行者,但是传统的政府治理抑制了地区经济社会的协调发展,加剧了地区之间、城乡之间公共服务的差距,而地区之间、城乡之间公共服务的失衡又进一步加剧了区域经济社会发展不平衡的矛盾。从公共服务均等化的角度探索政府治理,将有助于推动政府治理模式的改进以及公共服务均等化目标的实现,促进区域经济社会的协调发展。
The government is not only the maker of public policy but also the executor of public policy. However, the traditional governmental governance has restrained the coordinated development of regional economy and society, exacerbated the gap between public services in different regions and between urban and rural areas. However, The imbalance between public services has further aggravated the imbalance in regional economic and social development. Exploring government governance from the perspective of equalization of public services will help to promote the improvement of government governance models and the realization of the goal of equalization of public services so as to promote the coordinated development of regional economy and society.
