内蒙古自治区属于我国的少数民族聚居的边疆地区,有着悠久的民族历史和丰富的民族文化。政府从维护民族统一和促进民族地区发展的高度,历来重视民族地区的教育和人才培养工作,自1999年开始实施三语(蒙古语、汉语、英语)授课以来,许多教育工作者对蒙语授课学校的英语教学和英语教师的专业成长方面的研究做了很多调研工作,但某些领域还不够深入、不够具体,本文中,笔者从事英语教学并在教育一线工作多年,对蒙语授课学校教师的专业成长的相关问题进行阐述和论证。
Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region belongs to border areas where our ethnic minorities live in concentrated communities and has a long history of ethnic groups and a rich national culture. From the perspective of safeguarding national unity and promoting the development of ethnic areas, the government has always attached great importance to education and personnel training in minority areas. Since 1999, the three languages (Mongolian, Chinese and English) have been put into practice. Many educators teach Mongolian Many research work has been done on the English teaching in schools and the professional growth of English teachers. However, some areas are not deep enough and concrete enough. In this paper, I work in English teaching and work in education for many years, The professional growth of the related issues described and demonstrated.
