颈内动脉异位至中耳腔内是一种少见的畸形。用耳镜检查可发现中耳腔内有血管丰富的肿块。手术前正确诊断,可避免误作手术而造成流血。本文报道颈内动脉位置正常的和两侧颈内动脉中耳腔内异位的CT扫描照片,同时有血管照影作对比。颈内动脉岩锥段位于颈内动脉管内。正常情况下,颈内动脉入管后先上行为垂直段,此段位于耳蜗之下、颈静脉窝之前、鼓室腔之内侧。在耳蜗平面,向前向内弯成水平段,此段位于咽鼓管之后内,前鼓室之前内。最后穿出颈动脉管向前
