雷公藤(Tripiterygium wilfordii HOOR.f.)系卫矛科雷公藤属木质藤本植物,据《福建药物志》记载,其性味卒温,有大毒,具有祛风活络,破淤镇痛的功能,三十多年来临床上应用于治疗类风湿性关节炎,系统性红斑狼疮,银屑病等均有较好疗效,引起医药界的广泛重视,对其进行大量的药理,毒理及有效成分等研究并取得了进展。为了进一步提高疗效,降低毒副作用,我们制成主要含有雷公藤内酯醇的擦剂作为皮肤给药,观察其抗炎、止痛作用,现报道如下:
Tripiterygium wilfordii HOOR.f. is a woody vine belonging to the genus Euonymus wilfordii. In order to further improve the efficacy and reduce toxic and side effects, we made a liniment containing mainly triptolide as a skin drug and observed its anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects.
