从柳珊瑚酸合成出6个新神经活性物质。药理实验和构效关系研究表明,柳珊瑚酸分子作用于乙酰胆碱酯酶,并可逆地抑制其水解活性。
Six new neuroactive substances were synthesized from willow coral acid. Pharmacological experiments and the relationship between structure-activity studies show that, Liu coral acid molecules act on acetylcholinesterase and reversibly inhibit its hydrolysis activity.
