目的探讨宫颈环型电切术治疗宫颈上皮内瘤样病变临床应用。方法回顾96例采用宫颈环型电切术治疗宫颈上皮内瘤样病变患者的临床资料进行总结分析。结果术后第6个月复查有94例无宫颈上皮内瘤样病变,治愈率为97.91%(94/96)。结论宫颈环型电切术治疗宫颈上皮内瘤样病变具有操作简单、时间短、出血少、不影响病理组织标本诊断,快速切割,费用低,可保留生育能力,疗效确切。
Objective To investigate the clinical application of cervical ring electrotomy in the treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia. Methods The clinical data of 96 patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia who underwent cervical ring excision were retrospectively analyzed. Results There were 94 cases of no cervical intraepithelial neoplasia in the 6th month after operation. The cure rate was 97.91% (94/96). Conclusions Cervical ring resection of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia is simple, time-saving, less bleeding, does not affect the diagnosis of pathological specimens, rapid cutting, low cost, can retain fertility, the exact effect.
