内蒙古大兴安岭位于祖国东北部,地跨呼伦贝尔市、兴安盟10个旗市,面积10.67万平方公里,与俄罗斯、蒙古国接壤,森林植被覆盖90%。1993年国家对林区实施“天保工程”以来,林业经济发展受到很大制约。就是在这样一个经济不发达的地区,林管局人武装部部长郑海岭,脚踏实地,扎实工作,谱写了一曲新时期的兴武强兵之歌,创造出一连串骄人业绩。人武部也连续4年先后被内蒙古军区、呼伦贝尔军分区、林管局党委评为“先进人民武装部”、“武装工作先进单位”和“拥政爱民先进单位”。
Inner Mongolia Daxinganling is located in the northeast of the motherland, Hulunbeir across the city, Xingan League 10 flag cities, an area of 106,700 square kilometers, bordering Russia and Mongolia, covering 90% of the forest vegetation. For the fourth consecutive year, the People’s Armed Forces has successively been awarded as Advanced Unit for Armed Forces, Advanced Unit for Armed Forces and Advanced Unit for Supporting the Government and People with Meridians by the Inner Mongolia Military Region, Hulun Buir Army Division and the Party Committee of the Forestry Management Bureau.
