Recent research by researchers at Loughborough University in the UK found that exercise can more effectively suppress hunger and reduce calorie intake than simply suppressing food cravings. The research team called 12 women to monitor their caloric intake in both cases. First, simply suppress hunger: the second is exercise, while measuring the participants hormone, psychological and behavioral responses. In the first case, the participant can only consume 836 kcal of food for up to 9 hours. In the second scenario, the test participant performed a moderate 90-minute run on the treadmill while consuming the same amount of heat for the same period of time. Later that night, they did not know what to be monitored
