我厂某产品零件偏心套(图1),磨削外圆时利用φ14H7作为定位销孔。这样钻模与磨用苾轴上的中心距43.9就很难保证一致,即使一个是43.9~(+0.01),另一个是43.9_(0.01),销钉4也很难串在磨用心轴上(见图2)。为此,我们采用了两种夹具合二为一的办法,即在磨用心轴上钻出φ14H7孔,这样就取得了较好的效果,不但使钻模与磨用芯轴上的中心距保持一致,还可节省一种胎具,而且夹具的43.9尺寸可以自由公
