《中共中央关于教育体制改革的决定》中指出：“学校教育和学校外、学校后的教育并举”。学校外教育，重要的一环就是家庭教育，家庭教育是学校教育的可靠基础，又是学校教有的必要补充。家庭教育对孩子德、智、体、美、劳全面发展有着巨大的作用。正如苏联著名教育家苏霍姆林斯基所说：“如果没有整个社会首先是家庭的高度的教育学素养，那么不管教师作出多大的努力，都收不到完满的效果”。因此，要搞好学校教育，就必须改善家庭教育。
The “Decision of the Central Committee of the Communist Party on the Reform of the Educational System” states: “School education and education outside the school and after school will be held simultaneously.” An important part of school outside education is family education. Family education is a reliable foundation for school education, and it is also a necessary supplement for school teaching. Family education has a tremendous role in the overall development of children’s morality, intelligence, body, beauty, and labor. As Suhomlinski, a famous Soviet educator, put it: “If we do not have a high level of pedagogic attainment of the family as a whole, then no matter how hard our teachers do, we will not receive satisfactory results.” Therefore, to do a good job in school education, we must improve family education.
