目的:为研究起搏机需辨认,计数和分离大鼠窦房结起搏(P)细胞.方法:根据最早起搏点和细胞电位记录确定大鼠窦房结中央区位置,取窦房结连续切片.HE和Masson染色,以光镜,图像仪及电镜辨认、分析窦房结内各类细胞形态特点和各类细胞数量.结果:从细胞大小,外形,染色浓淡,核/胞浆比,核面积和核灰度,肌原纤维分化程度等指标,可区分各类细胞,并算出各类细胞的数量比.结论:确立了各类细胞的辨别标准,中央区P细胞总数1200~2000个,占细胞总数的13.1%.过渡细胞占44%.纤维细胞占17.1%.
