在新时期,党的建设已由“以阶级斗争为纲”的封闭环境变成了改革、开放、搞活的新环境.党的十三大明确提出了在改革开放中加强党的建设的命题.显然,探讨改革、开放对党的建设的影响,以及在改革开放条件下如何从严治党,就成为我们面临的重大理论和实践课题.只有解决这个问题,才适应党的建设新的历史条件,把我们党建设成为领导社会主义现代化建设的坚强核心,实现党的基本路线的坚强指挥部.
In the new period, the party building has become a new environment of reform, opening up and invigoration from an enclosed environment of “taking class struggle as the key link.” The 13th CPC National Congress explicitly put forward the proposition of strengthening party building during the reform and opening up. Obviously, to explore the impact of reform and opening up on the party building and how to strictly control the party under the conditions of reform and opening up have become major theoretical and practical issues we are facing. Only by resolving this issue can we meet the new historical conditions for party building We must establish our party as a strong center for leading the socialist modernization drive and a strong command of the party's basic line.
