慢性骨髓性白血病(CML)的根治方法首推骨髓移植,且以用 HLA 一致的同胞兄妹的骨髓进行同种骨髓移植效果良好。一、同种骨髓移植的效果根据西雅图骨髓移植组、国际骨髓移植注册组织(IBMTR)和法国骨髓移植研究组(GEGMO)的疗效报告,其移植前基本上均用环磷酰胺(CY)加全身放射线照射(TBI),仅在移植时疾病所处阶段和采用方法稍有不同,而移植前不同的前处置对预后无影响。预防移植物抗宿主病(GVHD)的方法,主要采用环孢菌素 A(CSA)、氨甲喋呤(MTX)。目前尚没有新的方法超过这两种药物。同种骨髓移植的结果表明,在第一慢性阶段移植的病例,长期生存率为55~65%,复发率为19~24%。通过多变量分析表明了以下几个重要问题。
