钻井系统重组改制以后,为加快钻井技术数据的收集、传递,科学有序地管理钻井技术数据,及时优化钻井技术数据,达到钻井过程的辅助决策,钻井工程总公司进行了“无线传输有线接入数据库管理系统”项目的科学研究工作。以笔者多年来从事软件开发成功与失败的经验,对怎样开发、管理和运行好如此庞大的计算机系统工程项目发表一点看法。即“无线传输有线接入数据库管理系统”开发、运行的三个阶段——系统的开发阶段、系统的过渡运行阶段、系统的正式运行阶段。
