为学习借鉴国外先进服务业管理理念和经验、提升我国各类组织服务质量和水平,中国质量协会教育培训中心(北京中质协卓越培训有限公司)拟邀请新加坡知名质量专家于2017年9月在北京市举办“服务业卓越经营”国际研修课程,现将有关事宜通知如下:一、培训目标通过讲授和案例研讨,帮助学员了解新加坡服务业的质量奖理念和标准,理解服务业卓越经营的核心内容,掌握建立良好客户关系的基本要素和神秘顾客调查系统的开发思路。
