医院财务管理是医院经济管理工作的一个方面,同时它又是医院经济工作的核心,做好医院财务管理工作是非常重要的,它能够对医院资金的筹集、使用、分配等作出合理的计划,能够组织、协调并且控制调整好财务活动中的矛盾,约束不良行为、避免道德风险,对医院的经营起到很大的帮助。但是,我国的医院财务管理在实际中却是存在一些严重问题的。下文主要探讨健全和完善医院财务管理的方法。
