“解放思想,更新观念”是一个老话题,也是一个长久性活题。因为世间万事万物都是不断发展变化的,永远不会停止在一个水平上。人们的认识和观念即看法与态度,也必然随着事物的发展变化而不断深化和更新,这是一条基本规律。我们的责任就是要认识、掌握、研究和运用这一规律,发挥人的思维创意性和主观能动性,促进事物向更高层次发展。这既是自然发展法则和人类社会发展的客观要求,也是我们倡导观念创新的要义所在。
“Emancipating the mind, renewing the concept of” is an old topic, but also a long-term topic. Because everything in the world is constantly evolving, it will never stop at a level. It is a basic law that people’s cognition and concept, that is, opinions and attitudes, will inevitably deepen and renew as things develop and change.
