采用钨极氩气保护电弧焊(GTAW/TIG)对含稀土Nd、Y的ZK60合金试板进行了焊接。结果表明:不含稀土或仅含稀土Nd和Y的合金焊接接头强度远低于母材强度,只有同时添加Nd和Y的合金接头强度才能有较大幅度提高,ZK60-2.0%Nd-1.0%Y合金焊接接头有效系数达到0.75;对焊接接头进行显微组织分析可知,稀土元素以化合物的形式存在且主要分布在焊缝金属晶界,稀土Nd、Y提高焊接接头强度的主要机理是减少了焊缝金属中Zn的有害作用,并细化了焊缝金属晶粒。
The ZK60 alloy test plates containing rare earth Nd and Y were welded by GTAW / TIG. The results show that the strength of welded joint without rare earth or rare earth Nd and Y is far lower than the strength of the base metal. Only the strength of joint with Nd and Y can be increased greatly.
