胞外淀粉酶和胞外蛋白酶是真菌进行胞外消化的主要催化酶,对杏鲍菇的营养吸收具有十分重要的作用。通过向液体培养基和固体培养基中添加腐植酸钠,观察其对杏鲍菇菌胞外酶活性的影响,为杏鲍菇生产提供理论依据。腐植酸钠对杏鲍菇胞外淀粉酶和胞外蛋白酶有显著的促进作用,当培养基中腐植酸钠含量为0.08%时胞外淀粉酶活力达到最高,比对照组提高了287%;当培养基中腐植酸钠含量为0.05%时胞外蛋白酶活力达到最高,比对照组提高了555%。
Extracellular amylase and extracellular proteases are the major enzymes responsible for extracellular digestion of fungi and play a very important role in the nutrient absorption of Pleurotus eryngii. By adding sodium humate to liquid medium and solid medium, the effect on the extracellular enzyme activity of Pleurotus eryngii was observed, which provided the theoretical basis for the production of Pleurotus eryngii. Sodium humate significantly promoted the extracellular amylase and extracellular protease of Pleurotus eryngii. When the content of sodium humate in the medium was 0.08%, the extracellular amylase activity reached the highest level, which was 287% higher than that of the control group. When the content of sodium humate in the culture medium was 0.05%, the extracellular protease activity reached the highest level, 555% higher than the control group.
